This product is fully compatible with PNOMIS.

Inmate Biometric Identification System (IBIS) is the most secure biometric Inmate ID Card production system operating within Prisons today relating to the receipt and discharge of inmates.

This solution is ideal for prison establishments wishing to control and protect the entire data capture and ID card production process.

The software combines fingerprint technology and a photograph for fast positive identification and verification of an inmate on release or transfer. IBIS will also produce various reports and a range of inmate photographs with their associated data on a pull-off label sheet in photographic quality for various Inmate Files i.e. health, property etc.

The system can be configured as stand alone or networked to expand and integrate with inmate access control to specific areas within the establishment or to identify the inmate in specific areas. IBIS is an established system adopted and used in over 25 prisons of various categories within the UK Prison Service and abroad.
